Sandra Pack, treasurer of the Bush-Cheney presidential campaign, is the White House's pick for assistant secretary of the Army for financial management and comptroller. According to the White House, Pack is the treasurer of the Bush-Cheney Compliance Committee, which was set up to allow for donations to the campaign during the general election.
