Carlson: USAF Will 'Figure Out a Way' to Procure 380 F-22A Raptors

Stating that an F-22A Raptor buy cap of 183 "still leaves risk," the Air Force is committed to purchasing the 381 it says it needs to meet its warfighting requirements, even if it comes from other service programs, according to the head of Air Force Materiel Command.
