Carter Calls for 'Additional Information' from Army on BCT Modernization Efforts

While key elements of the Army's brigade combat modernization effort are on track, the service must provide "additional clarity" on its plans for follow-on efforts as well as the transition of integration activities from contractors to the Army, according to a new memo from Pentagon acquisition executive Ashton Carter.
