Carter Directs Air Force To Revise WGS Sustainment Budget Estimates

Pentagon acquisition executive Ashton Carter has directed the Air Force to incorporate sustainment and operations costs into the Wideband Global Satellite Communications program's overall price tag, according to Defense Department documents sent to Capitol Hill this week.
