Carter Formally Terminates Army's NLOS Cannon, Promises Thorough Vehicle Review

Calling the program "no longer viable," the Pentagon acquisition chief last week formally canceled the Non-Line-of-Sight Cannon, one of the manned ground vehicles included in the Future Combat Systems effort. The move allows termination liability negotiations to begin, according to an Army spokesman.
