Casey: Army Has No Unfunded Requirements

While the Army officially claims no unfunded requirements in fiscal year 2011, it has given Congress a list of programs that could benefit from nearly $360 million in additional money -- including $133 million for the Patriot missile program and $55 million for civil affairs, according to a Feb. 19 letter from Army Chief of Staff Gen.
