Clark Rolls Out Navy's 'Seapower 21' Vision

Newport, RI -- Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Vern Clark today unveiled the Navy's new vision for its future, called "Seapower 21," which he said would help the Navy improve future readiness and fulfill President Bush's direction to "take the fight to the enemy" in the war on terrorism.
