Clinton Holdovers in Place at DOD Until Replacements are Named

Several top Defense Department officials, including Deputy Defense Secretary Rudy de Leon, are staying on at the Pentagon until the Bush administration's leadership team is named and confirmed. Arthur Money, the assistant secretary of defense for command, control, communications and intelligence, is among the top officials still in place.
