CNO Unveils New Directorate for 'Information Dominance'

Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead officially announced late today the formation of a new "information dominance" directorate within his office at the Pentagon, which he argues will give "greater visibility" to assets like unmanned systems.
