Cohen Taps Former Assistant Commandant, Two Others, For V-22 Review Panel

Defense Secretary William Cohen has selected retired Marine Corps Gen. John Dailey, a former assistant commandant of the Marine Corps, to be one of three members of a blue ribbon panel that will review the state of the V-22 program.
