House Oversight Committee Chairman Edolphus Towns (D-NY) today accused the Pentagon of stonewalling his request for documents about the V-22 Osprey and vented his displeasure by abruptly ending a hearing after mere minutes, telling a three-star Marine Corps general to return in two weeks.
