Three defense contractors competing to build the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle for the Army and the Marine Corps have announced the submissions of their proposals to the government. The companies -- Oshkosh, Lockheed Martin and AM General -- were picked in 2012 to build prototypes for the program, designed to replace the venerable humvee.
