Compass Call recapitalization pause causes months-long delay, but work can resume in June

L3 Technologies and BAE Systems have stopped work on the Air Force's EC-130H Compass Call "cross-deck" program until the service can again obligate funds in two weeks, an Air Force spokeswoman confirmed Thursday. An effort to transfer electronic-attack equipment from the legacy EC-130H fleet to a smaller business jet, Gulfstream's G550, is now delayed by three-and-a-half months, Maj.
