Congress bumps IVAS testing funds as testing report outlines problems

Congress provided additional funding for testing and development of the Army's Integrated Visual Augmentation System in its fiscal year 2022 spending bill but will continue to withhold a large portion of procurement funds until the Army completes operational testing on the program.
