Congress OKs $109 Million Budget Shift To Support Navy UAS Efforts

Congress has approved the Defense Department's request to shift slightly more than $109 million into the Navy's fiscal year 2012 budget to support three unmanned air systems programs that are operating in Afghanistan. On Oct. 10, the Pentagon comptroller's office released a final copy of a military intelligence program reprogramming request it sent Congress in June.
