Contenders Deliver Additional M-ATV Prototypes to Aberdeen Proving Ground

All of the remaining competitors in the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All-Terrain Vehicle competition have delivered additional versions of the trucks to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, company representatives confirmed today. After the Army and Marine Corps last week awarded M-ATV contracts to BAE Systems, Oshkosh, Navistar and Force Dynamics -- a Force Protection and General Dynamics Land Systems team -- the companies were required to deliver three more production-representative vehicles by today to allow for additional survivability and mobility testing...
