Court stays LOGCAP case through Jan. 31

The U.S. Court of Federal Claims has ordered the Army to file a status report by Feb. 7, 2020 on its progress as the service plans to reopen the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V procurement. Earlier this month, the Army asked the court to put LOGCAP V cases on hold while the service took another look at the program.
