Craddock Calls for Additional ISR Capabilities for European Command

U.S. European Command needs to hold onto its forces -- rather than draw down two brigades by 2013 -- and beef up its intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance tools, according to its commander. Gen. Bantz Craddock told reporters at a breakfast today in Washington that he has recommended that the Army halt its draw-down of troops from EUCOM, noting that the command sends soldiers to Iraq and Afghanistan.
