CSBA: Army Should Kill Force Expansion, Reexamine FCS

The Army should terminate its effort to add 65,000 soldiers in the active component and reexamine its premiere modernization effort as it looks toward the future, according to a new report by the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments.
