CSBA report recommends fleet of 40 amphibs, increased firepower

The Center for Budgetary and Strategic Assessments unveiled a report today that calls for a new strategic approach for amphibious warfare and recommends a fleet of 40 amphibious ships and increased firepower for Marines storming the beach.
