CSBA: U.S. Should Consider a New Strategic Triad De-Emphasizing Nuclear Weapons

The Defense Department should consider creating a different triad of capabilities to destroy strategic targets that de-emphasizes but does not eliminate nuclear weapons, the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments said today.
