DARPA May Look for Outside Help to Find New Program Managers

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency needs outside help finding good people to run its programs. According to a March 24 request for information from industry, DARPA is "seeking sources to identify qualified individuals for consideration as technical program managers." The request is targeted at recruitment firms that can nominate people qualified to run DARPA initiatives. DARPA has about 140 PMs, U.S. Government employees hired for terms of four to six years.
