Defense Acquisition Board Gives WIN-T Increment 2 The Green Light

Increment 2 of the Army's Warfighter Information Network-Tactical program has been cleared for low-rate initial production by the Defense Acquisition Board, according to the service. The board met Feb. 3 to review Increment 2, designed to provide mobile networking for Army units, the Army said in a statement.
