Defense Department Beginning New Missile Defense Capability Study

The Pentagon's Joint Staff has begun a new "Joint Capability Mix" study to look at the Obama administration's "phased adaptive approach" to missile defense in Europe and its implications on the Defense Department's weapons, sensors and systems requirements.
