DOD details spending plan for $10.5B in COVID-19 relief funds

The Defense Department has sent Congress a detailed spending plan for the $10.5 billion it has been provided to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. The plan, obtained by Inside Defense , shows most of the funding -- $7.2 billion -- has been pegged for DOD's defense-wide account, while the Air Force and Army would each receive roughly $1.1 billion and the Navy would be provided $925 million.
