DOD doubles F-35 Block 4 funding in FY-20 request, calls for $7.3B across FYDP

The Defense Department expects to spend $7.3 billion for F-35 Block 4 modernization between fiscal years 2020 and 2024, according to new details in the Pentagon’s FY-20 budget justification books.
