DOD Names New National War College Commandant

The Defense Department announced today that Army Maj. Gen. Reginal Clemmons has been picked to head the National War College. Clemmons is the deputy commanding general of V Corps, part of U.S. Army Europe and Seventh Army, Germany. He will replace Rear Adm. Daniel Bowler as head of the War College.
