DOD Policy Chief in China for Defense Consultative Talks

Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Walter Slocombe is in China for two days of talks with the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the Defense Department announced today. Slocombe heads the U.S. delegation to the fourth round of Defense Consultative Talks with the Chinese military, which will be held Nov. 29 and Nov. 30 in Beijing.
