DOD Proposes Multimillion-Dollar Counterterrorism Aid For Africa

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has notified Congress the Pentagon plans to spend roughly $64 million on vehicles, communications gear, unmanned aircraft and other equipment to provide counterterrorism assistance to African security forces.
