DOD Sets Up 'Change Management Center' for Acquisition, Logistics Reform

The Pentagon's deputy under secretary of defense for acquisition reform late last month established a "Change Management Center" to take the lead in accelerating acquisition and logistics reform initiatives. Stan Soloway made the CMC official in a Dec. 23 memorandum to the service secretaries, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and other top military leaders.
