DOD to Terminate Terrorism Futures Market Project

Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz told a Senate panel today the Defense Department would terminate a nascent futures market to predict terrorist attacks and their ramifications. The effort, reported by Inside the Air Force in January, was the brainchild of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
