DOT&E: NGJ-MB 'underperforming in several important areas' as program moves toward IOT&E

The Navy's Next Generation Jammer Mid-Band program is facing operational effectiveness and suitability challenges as it moves into initial operational test and evaluation, Director of Operational Test and Evaluation Nickolas Guertin wrote in his fiscal year 2021 annual report.
