DOT&E recommends adjusting CRH program schedule

The Pentagon's top weapons tester is recommending the Combat Rescue Helicopter program office adjust its schedule to allow for flight testing in an "operationally representative configuration." In his annual report , Director of Operational Testing and Evaluation Robert Behler said a number of CRH-specific systems are still undergoing design changes.
