Draft Budget: Navy To Buy Nine Ships in FY-11, 50 Ships Through FY-15

The Navy plans to buy nine ships in fiscal year 2011 at a cost of $14.1 billion and 50 ships through FY-15, according to a draft of the Pentagon's pending budget request slated for release next week.
