Draft DOD joint concept nearing completion, getting input from services, COCOMs

The Defense Department's Joint Concept for Access and Maneuver in the Global Commons is nearing completion, as the military services and combatant commands are currently reviewing the draft document, according to an official involved in the concept's development. The concept, termed JAM-GC, is in the second round of coordination with the services and the COCOMs, according to Capt.
