Digital engineering can become a critical component in the Pentagon's test and evaluation efforts but only in the context of a sound T&E infrastructure, a Defense Science Board task force argues in a recently published report . “Digital engineering, when properly applied, can improve cost, schedule and performance of complex projects and programs.
