EMP Hearing Canceled

A panel of experts on electromagnetic pulse weapons will not testify as expected tomorrow before the House Armed Services Committee. The independent commission has been assessing the probability of an EMP weapon being used against the United States. The panel was scheduled to release it findings during the unclassified hearing.
