FAS Files Suit -- Again -- For Disclosure of Intel Budget

The Federation of American Scientists has filed another lawsuit against the CIA to force the disclosure of the annual intelligence budget. FAS wants the fiscal year 2002 intelligence budget total declassified and disclosed, according to its lawsuit, filed today under the Freedom of Information Act.
