Final QDR Touts Efforts to Improve Cost Analysis of Weapons

The Pentagon is striving to improve its cost estimates for multibillion-dollar weapon systems, according to the final edition of the 2010 Quadrennial Defense Review report, which says more on the topic than an earlier, much-publicized draft.
