First Bush Defense Budget To Be Completed This Week

The Office of the Secretary of Defense will issue a slew of budget decisions to the services tomorrow, give them 24 hours to respond and finalize its amended fiscal year 2002 spending plan by the end of the week, according to sources and documents.
