First-of-Class LCS Freedom To Dry-Dock This Week For Water Jet Repair

NATIONAL HARBOR, MD -- The Navy's first Littoral Combat Ship, the Freedom (LCS-1), will dry-dock in a San Diego shipyard later this week awaiting repairs to a starboard boost water jet, according to Naval Surface Forces.
