Following Northrop's Lead, Boeing-Textron Team Files JLTV Protest

A Boeing, Textron and Science Applications International Corp. team has filed a protest in the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle program, becoming the second of four losing teams to contest the outcome of the competition. Textron Systems spokesman Stephen Greene told Inside the Army today that the company has asked the Government Accountability Office to review the team's proposal against the requirements of the JLTV request for proposals.
