Following Sept. 11 Terrorist Attacks, Navy Postpones International Symposium

The devastating events of Sept. 11 have prompted the Navy to postpone indefinitely a biennial symposium that has for years brought together naval leaders from around the world to discuss maritime issues with political, economic and security-related implications.
