Former Executive Tapped for DOD Acquisition Job

The Bush administration has nominated James Finley to be deputy under secretary of defense for acquisition and technology. If confirmed, he would be the deputy to Pentagon acquisition executive Kenneth Krieg. The White House sent Finley's nomination to the Senate Dec. 20, one day after announcing he would be the nominee.
