FY-25 NDAA requires safety upgrades for all humvees

The Fiscal Year 2025 National Defense Authorization Act tasks the Army with incorporating anti-lock brake systems and electronic stability control kits onto all humvees by 2033. Sec. 355 of the FY-25 NDAA, signed into law by President Biden Dec. 24, gives the Army 90 days to form a plan to integrate the two capabilities before presenting it to the House and Senate Armed Services committees.
