GAO: Army FMTV Evaluation Failed In Areas Of Key Tooling, Past Performance

The Army's source selection process for the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles "rebuy" competition was flawed in just two categories, but those areas are significant enough that they could have affected the outcome, the Government Accountability Office contends.
