The Government Accountability Office is recommending the Navy and the Pentagon submit a report to Congress after the way ahead is determined for the Unmanned Carrier-Launched Surveillance and Strike system. In a report released May 4 , GAO recommends that before committing significant resources to the UCLASS program the Navy should ensure it has an "executable business case" for development that matches the budget to required capabilities.
