The Government Accountability Office has denied Lockheed Martin's protest of a $700 million award to Raytheon to sustain the Air Force's Cheyenne Mountain Complex in Colorado. Ralph White, GAO's managing associate general counsel for procurement law, confirmed to InsideDefense.com on Aug. 26 that the office had denied Lockheed's protest on all grounds.
