GAO Denies VIS-X Protest, Decision Not Yet Available

The Government Accountability Office earlier this month denied Telephonics' protest of the Vehicle Intercommunication System Expanded contract award to Northrop Grumman, a GAO representative confirmed today. Michael Golden of GAO told Inside the Army the protest was denied in an Oct. 16 decision. "The decision was issued under a protective order," he wrote in an e-mail today, adding that GAO has yet to issue a public version.
