GAO: Lockheed Team Offered Most Mature JLTV, Protests 'Without Merit'

The protesters in the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle effort offered vehicles far less mature than those proposed by the winners and made accusations "without merit" against the evaluation process, according to the Government Accountability Office.
